Arrivals
We advise that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will avoid the possibility of crossing paths with any other clients or for you to have to wait for your Esthetician.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected situations can arise that are out of your control. Although we will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment with the time remaining, this may result in an incomplete service.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
Please be advised that to cancel or reschedule any appointment(s) we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged any cancellation fees. You will be charged 50% of each service price if you cancel your appointment without the minimum notice. You will be charged 100% of each service if you do not show up for your appointment.

We recognize that your time is valuable. We hope you understand that our fees go toward the person that has reserved time for your appointment and has missed out on another potential client.
